Mr. Aguilar is the Founder and CEO of Verde Maritime, with over 30 years in the maritime and port industries.

He founded E-NAV Offshore in 2019, growing it into Mexico’s only offshore operator with a truly international presence.

Under his leadership, E-NAV built a 38-vessel fleet (PSVs, AHTS, accommodation, subsea/DSV, MPSVs) operating in 13 countries across LATAM, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia for major Energy companies such as Shell, Chevron, Total, Petronas, ENI, ADNOC, NOC, Qatar Energy, and BP.

E-NAV became the highest-yielding private equity investment for Mexican pension funds (Afores), delivering a 67% IRR and 4x multiple.

Prior to E-NAV, he served as Managing Partner for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean at McQuilling Partners, leading chartering, S&P, and consulting across offshore, tanker, and bulker segments for nearly a decade.

Juan brings over 30 years of experience in offshore oil & gas and offshore wind, including senior roles with SAIPEM.

He is the founder of Blue Parrot Offshore, Proelsur, SLP Maritime and Innomaritime, Cádiz-based companies covering offshore construction, electrical and automation engineering, cruise-ship hotel refits, and naval/shipyard support.

Over 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, has served as CFO and CEO of Energy portfolio companies at Private Equity sponsored ventures. Brings deep expertise in corporate governance, corporate finance and business development. Previously a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in New York and Mexico City. Holds a Civil Engineering degree from UCAB and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
An accomplished and well-qualified Marine Asset, Project and Operations Manager with broad maritime experience and a strong commercially driven focus. A successful career in the Italian Navy, twenty-five years of civilian onshore/offshore expertise, growing roles in leading companies and pivotal positions in multimillion projects enhance the profile.
25+ years across maritime, midstream and smart-infrastructure. Former PEMEX midstream executive (US$10bn AUM), BD Director at TransCanada and IEnova, and investment banking at Lehman/Bear. Delivers fast-track OSV upgrades, terminal/storage projects and PPP mobility, blending project finance, BD and data/AI across ME, SEA, EU and LatAm.
With over 25 years in the maritime industry, Francisco spent 9+ years as a key executive in a top Mexican maritime and logistics firm listed on the BMV and NYSE. He was General Counsel at TMM until 2009. As Founder and Partner of RBSglobal, he has led the financing, sale, and purchase of 120+ vessels, rigs, and naval artifacts. He has supported the growth of Mexican shipping companies and contributed to the T-MEC negotiation in maritime and port sectors.

Manuel has over 30 years of experience in the maritime sector and Oil & Gas services industry. He has led national and international operations of specialized vessels and tankers, achieving a strong market share in hydrocarbon transportation. Throughout his career, he has successfully developed contracts and services, helping companies expand and consolidate their position in the industry.
Rodrigo has over 12 years of experience in investment banking, having worked at SAI Derecho & Economía from 2011, where he became partner in 2017. He specializes in M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory. Rodrigo holds a Finance degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and is pursuing an Executive Management program at IPADE. He was a board member at Ecolístico and Capillas Señoriales.
Arnulfo is an experienced Finance Executive with over 12 years as a Corporate Finance Director and 13 years as a General Controller. He specializes in securing investment and working capital loans, both in Mexico and internationally, while optimizing cash flow and financial structures. Arnulfo has a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and implementing effective budget control processes
Matthew Daugherty is Global QHSE Director at GPM, bringing over 20 years of international experience in health, safety, and environmental management across the offshore industry. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he previously served as Global QHSE Director at E-NAV Offshore, where he led safety and compliance across a fleet of 30+ offshore vessels worldwide. His expertise spans operational excellence, risk management, and sustainability within complex maritime environments.
